How long will it take to receive my item?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery in USA and 4-8 weeks for the rest of the world. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delay. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

How long does order Processing take?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Typically it takes up to 7 business days to process and pack your order. During the holidays, your order processing may take up to 7 – 12 business days. You will receive email notifications for all orders from our system, keeping you informed of the status of your order.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number For My Order?

At this moment we provide tracking number only for USA orders. While we are unable to provide tracking for other countries, our company will ensure that you get your order. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge.

I ordered multiple items, but I only received 1, where are my other items?

We do our best to reduce costs on your end, so that you don’t need to pay high taxes to get your items. If you made ordered multiple items from us, it is possible highly likely that the goods will be shipped in different packages. Please be patient and wait for all items to arrive.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

All email communications about your order are sent to the email address you entered when placing your order. Sometimes confirmation emails are caught in spam or junk folders, so be sure to check there first! If it isn’t there, email to: support@bambinozone.com and we’ll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

I need to make change on my order ?

We usually process order on the same day they are placed. Please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, BUT we cannot make any promises.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return incorrect item to our office and we will swap it for the correct item.
