Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

Upon purchase of your order, we give you 24 hours to cancel the order. We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will need to wait for your order to arrive before you can return it to us.

Refund Policy

The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method.

Late or missing refunds

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale, or free items.
